How to Run the Process from a Sample to Bulk Order

Men's Garment Sampling Process

From design to production, we can bring your clothing samples to life

Talk and confirm the details about custom products (such as hoodies, pants, shorts, tshirts, jeans etc.) with sales personnel

Pay for samples

Sales personnel translate and organize your order information in Chinese and print your order in paper

Purchasing managers buy the fabric sample according to your order(fabric sample always need two or three days reach to our factory,if some custom fabric are not in stock, it will need more time)

Pattern designers design and print your pattern in paper according to your order after they got the fabric sample

Pattern makers will cut the fabric sample based on the pattern on the paper for your order.

Take the cut-parts of your order to techniques factories (such as printing factory,embroidery factory, embossing factory,metal factory,rubber factory,acid wash factory etc.) for printing,embroidery,embossing,acid wash, silicone printing etc.

Sale personnel Confirm the size and effect for the techniques with you by pictures or videos,if it is good,we will continue the next step,if it is not good,we will make the techniques again.

Pattern makers Sew all cut-parts to be a complete clothes.

Sales personnel show pictures or videos to you again for confirmation,approval or not approval.if approval,we will continue the next step,if not approval,we will remake your sample again.

Pack and ship the sample to you,it means your sample order is finished.

You can test and confirm the quality of your sample,suggestions or modification or accept and like the sample we made.

For this bulk production,the process is almost same to the process of sample order,but it has some differences.

Men's Clothing Bulk Production Process

Fame Garments Efficient and Quality Production Process for Your Bulk Orders

Sales personnel confirm all details and translate your order in Chinese, and print it in paper.

Pattern designers will calculate the total fabric we need to buy according to your total quantity, meanwhile pattern designers will arrange to make pre-production sample for your bulk order.

Purchasing managers buy the fabric according to your order, it will spend two or three days to buy the fabric.

Factory manager will ask Workers to arrange all cloth together and cut them into cut-parts by machine according to the pattern paper from pattern designers, meanwhile,packed them well for sewing.

Pick out the cut-parts which need to be done techniques, such as printing, embroidery, silicone printing, acid wash or stone wash, etc it will take one week to finish all techniques, if the technique is simple, it will be more fast.

After the technique on the cut-parts is finished and returned to our factory, the factory manager instructs workers how to sew the different cut-parts together by using the pre-production sample as a reference for better understanding.

After sewing,all complete clothes can be ironed, to make them good-looking and not wrinkled.

After ironing, all complete clothes will be cut the threads and checked the defective products by workers. By the way, during the production, we can show pictures or videos to you if we are available, to let you know the production status.

The next step is packing, packing each clothes in a polybag, some clients would like to customize the polybags for them, no problem, we also can provide custom polybags for you if you want, but we charge extra fee for these bags. Sales personnel confirm and calculate the total quantity for each size with factory manager and report to you.

The last step is shipping. You can talk with sales personnel and choose the best solution for shipping, by air or by sea. We can help you arrange the shipment after you pay us for the shipping, we will pack all clothes in cartons and contact the shipping agents in China and ship to you door to door or port to port.
